Message From Brunel Joseph
Brunel Joseph, MD comes to Access Health Care directly from completing his fellowship training in sports medicine and musculoskeletal medicine at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Quincy, Illinois and has been working as a sports medicine doctors since then. Dr. Joseph also completed his residency at the same facility and he was recognized for his leadership by being awarded the position of Chief Resident of the Quincy Family Medicine Residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Joseph also completed internships and residencies at Blessing Hospital. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten, Netherland Antilles. Dr. Joseph considers himself a Floridian and a Gator. He received his undergraduate from the University of Florida. During Dr. Joseph's sports medicine fellowship he served as team physician for Quincy University and Culver-Stockton College. He also spent time covering the University of Missouri football. Dr. Joseph is an active member of the American Medical Association of Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine, the Florida Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. His practice philosophy is to treat his patients as he would want to be treated while providing high quality care.
