Hajar Kadivar, MD, MPH completed her medical degree at the University of Southern, California in Los Angeles and attended residency at the Long Beach Memorial Family Medicine Residency program affiliated with the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Kadivar then completed a Fellowship in Primary Care Research at the University of Washington in Seattle, where she completed her Masters in Public Health and worked as a medical resident instructor.
Dr. Kadivar joined the faculty at the University of Florida in Gainesville as an assistant professor where she completed research and taught medical student and residents while also seeing patients. She is interesting in helping health care organizations optimize their patient care and experience while providing evidence based medicine.
Dr. Kadivar is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and a member of the Quality Practice Management Committee within the AAFP.
She enjoys yoga, bike riding, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
