Message From Jeremy Tharp
Jeremy Tharp, MD, comes to Access Health Care Physicians from DaVita Medical Group where he served as Lead Physician for the Tampa Bay area. He has been practicing medicine or working as a family practice physician in the Tampa Bay area since July 2012.
Dr. Tharp received his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, and completed both internship and residency at the University of South Florida Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Wilderness Medical Society, Florida Medical Association, and the American Association of Physician Leadership.
Dr. Tharp and his wife, Kim, enjoy their family of dogs. He enjoys traveling, hiking, boating, and sports.
