Message From Nina N. Shah
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Nina N. Shah, DO, MS, is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Largo Medical Center in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Shah received her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, New York, where she also received a master's degree in science (MS). Dr. Shah also holds a Bachelor of Biology degree from Nova Southeastern University.
While in medical school Dr. Shah volunteered and received global medical training on a Nicaragua medical mission trip in 2013. There she provided medical care to rural residents in Nicaragua, routine checks, treatment of ailments and sickness within her abilities and provided osteopathic manipulative treatments on-site.
Dr. Shah's lifelong goal as an internal medical physician is to get to know each one of her patients as individuals. She has a reputation as a natural lover of talking to people and getting to know them. She was raised in the Tampa Bay area. She enjoys singing, Indian dance, theater, do-it-yourself projects, cooking, baking, and cake decorating. She also enjoys playing with and training her dog.
