Message From Sadaf Hafeez
Primary Care Physician
Sadaf Hafeez, MD, is board certified in internal medicine with over 15 years of experience. She completed internal medicine residency at United Health Services Hospitals UHS Wilson Medical Center, which is affiliated with Upstate Medical University Syracuse, New York. Dr. Hafeez received her medical degree from the well-known King Edward Medical College, University of Punjab, Pakistan. She was awarded educational commission for foreign medical certification (ECFMG) in 2017.
Dr. Hafeez is a Fellow of the College of Physicians & Surgeons (FCPS) of Pakistan. Dr. Hafeez continues to serve on the clinical faculty for Upstate SUNY (State University of New York) Medical University Syracuse, New York. She is a member of the following associations:
- American College of Physicians
- American Medical Association
- Pakistan Medical & Dental Council Islamabad
Dr. Hafeez has a strong clinical background. She concentrates on preventative medicine and believes in working in partnership with her patients to help improve their health. She has a reputation for empathy and addresses all the health concerns of her patients in every visit. As an internal medicine physician Dr. Hafeez has an excellent grip in managing cardiac diseases, hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, COPD, osteoporosis, thyroid problems, mental health, and many other medical illnesses.
She is married and she and her husband have two lovely daughters. She loves painting and arts and crafts in her free time with her daughters.
