Over the last three years, Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, has created new healthcare solutions in the industry by using its own subject matter experts and information technology specialists in collaboration with Pratian Technologies, based in Bengaluru, India.
As a fast-growing enterprise, Access Health Care Physicians LLC started on this journey three years ago, at the beginning of 2015. Access first searched the market for physician-friendly solutions that would ensure compliance, plug gaps and ensure quality healthcare delivery for its patients. We could find technology that unfortunately, was not interoperable, and which had low or zero support from the technology providers, and which were trying to keep up with the changing trends in the healthcare industry. None of the programs researched looked like it was being built for the future.
All that was available was archaic, expensive and high-maintenance software, and all of this was taking Access away from our core goals and objectives towards patient safety and deep patient relationships.

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC made the decision to set up a HealthTech innovation center in Hernando County. Their healthcare experts and IT professionals from Prussian worked together in breaking the barriers of physician-technology integration. This newly formed team started developing technology designed by healthcare professionals, for healthcare professionals. Over the last three years together we have built software for credentialing, utilization management, claims adjudication, customer service management, coding, billing, pre-audits, RAPS processing. In addition, Access has built a large Enterprise Data Warehouse that provides real-time decision support systems.
With the software development, Access established its own SOC2 certified data center in Hernando County along with a video recording studio to capture the experiences. Additionally, Access created an LMS (Learning Management System) to share the expertise of its leadership with staff, providers, and patients – with over 188 hours of e-learning including CMEs & CEUs.

Today Access uses its own credentialing software and it is deployed for delegation agreements with well-known area health plans for all their providers. Access’ software in Utilization Management is already being used as part of a delegation agreement with one of the companies for all its employed providers and affiliates across 150 locations.
Access Health Care’s claims billing gateway has processed about a million claims in the last three years. At present, it is developing a Claims Adjudication Platform along with a Customer Service Module, which will be fully interoperable and integrated. With the growing popularity of its HealthTech solutions, Access is very excited to be taking its products to the HIMSS 2018 showcase in Las Vegas.
Access has learned to leverage the best technology available along with the best talent globally to create improved patient experiences, quality of care, better compliance and outcomes along with patient safety and satisfaction. This rapid digital transformation of Access Health Care Physicians, LLC, across 150 locations, is now planned to expand the innovation further to address healthcare problems and deficiencies at a national and global level.
