Message From Ana Cruz-Diaz
Ana C. Cruz-Diaz, MD, has come to Access Health Care Physicians from Puerto Rico where she served as a general practitioner in Canovanas, Puerto Rico, where she practiced for 13 years.
She treated a wide variety of illnesses to patients from age 18 through geriatrics. Dr. Cruz-Diaz is accustomed to performing a variety of primary care services, wellness check, PAP test, EKG, minor procedures, and HEDIS preventative measures. She was also recognized as a diabetes educator.
She completed her rotational internship at Hospital HIMA-San Pablo in Caguas, Puerto Rico. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara in Guaralajara, Mexico, where she graduated Cum Laude. She holds a Bachelor's degree in natural science from Universidad De Puerto Rico in Cayey, Puerto Rico, where she also graduated Cum Laude.
Dr. Cruz-Diaz is a member of the American Diabetes Association. She is married and enjoys spinning.
New patients 18 years of age through geriatrics are always welcome.
